The most likely cause is that the dbgov plugin has the same bug as the earlier CloudLinux plugin fix (CPCLOUD-6349). When lveinfo --dbgov reports a user with no username, USER can be an integer UID. The plugin used it as-is as a dict key, so the results mixed int and str keys. That probably broke serializing or sending the payload, and the agent stopped sending data. That fits disabling DB Governor making the problem go away.

  • Keys: USER is now converted to a string, as the CloudLinux plugin already does for ID.

  • Success check: data['success'] is not 1 became data.get('success') != 1. The old is not comparison against an int literal is unreliable. The new one also avoids a KeyError if the field is missing.

Both plugins run sudo lveinfo through os.popen with no timeout. If lveinfo or sudo ever hangs, for example waiting on a password, the agent would stall in the same way.
