Version bump for 0.7.0: workspace version, the two path-dependency versions in the binary crate, and the refreshed lockfile. Gate on this tree: fmt, clippy pedantic, 196 tests, release build reports 0.7.0.
Contents since v0.6.0: picker live preview (#54), picker times on the viewer's clock (#55), feedback archive (#56), Codex pid resolution on Linux (#61), Herdr Mirror split placement (#63), fallback visibility hint (#64), pre-release review fixes (#65), plus the dev-manifest staging commits (#51, #52).
Pre-release review: full plugin smoke suites passed on Herdr 0.8.2 and 0.9.0 with a TUI built from main; five findings, four fixed in #65 and one tracked as herdr-annotate#38 (Rust Lite parity, not in this release).
