dep: update pd client for batched runtime trace regions

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: ref #69743

Problem Summary:

TiDB release-8.5 uses a PD client that can emit invalid nested Go runtime trace regions for batched TSO requests. tikv/pd#11095 backports the batch-level runtime trace fix to PD release-8.5.

What changed and how does it work?

Update the official github.com/tikv/pd/client dependency to the revision merged by tikv/pd#11095:

github.com/tikv/pd/client v0.0.0-20260804033407-85a975a5ca78

The temporary github.com/YangKeao/pd/client fork replacement has been removed. The Go module graph and DEPS.bzl are synchronized with the dependency versions required by the official PD client revision.
