On iPhone Safari, the atmospheric teaser can load correctly but remain on its first slide while scrolling. The page previously chose its CSS scroll timeline solely from CSS.supports; touch devices now always position the track from the measured document scroll offset with one transform per animation frame. Native scrolling, chapter snapping, and the browser-toolbar resize fix remain intact.
The regression check covers touch browsers both with and without reported CSS timeline support, verifies the actual slide transform and accessible chapter at every stop, and reaches the final CTA after resizing. Desktop native/fallback behavior and reduced motion remain covered.
Validation: check:teaser, targeted TypeScript, production build, check:plain (100 pairs), check:site (339 HTML files / 24,447 references), and diff check pass. The reported failure was on a physical iPhone; physical-device confirmation of the fix is pending with the reporter.
