Found while verifying the v0.1.2 draft: the draft job in release.yml has no checkout, so body_path: dist/release-notes.md does not exist and the action falls back to an empty body (log: ⚠️ Failed to read body_path "dist/release-notes.md" (ENOENT)). The v0.1.1 release has an empty body for the same reason; the v0.1.2 draft was filled in by hand with gh release edit --notes-file dist/release-notes.md.

  • Sparse-checkout dist/release-notes.md before creating the draft.
  • Attach the collected checksums.txt (the notes tell users to verify against it, but it was only printed to the log).
  • Name the draft PGX v<version>, matching the published releases.

Not part of the v0.1.2 artifacts; affects the next tag only.

The draft job ran without a checkout, so softprops/action-gh-release logged
`Failed to read body_path "dist/release-notes.md" (ENOENT)` and created the
release with an empty body (v0.1.1; the v0.1.2 draft was filled in by hand).
A sparse checkout of that one file fixes it. The collected checksums.txt is
now attached too, as the notes already tell users to verify against it, and
the draft is named "PGX v<version>" like the published releases.
