Updates @peerigon/configs (21.2.0 → 24.0.0), which raises its eslint peer requirement to ^10.4.0 and oxfmt to ^0.66.0. typescript stays on 6.0.3 since typescript-eslint (a configs dependency) still caps it below 6.1.0. Also bumps @eslint/mcp to 0.3.12. All versions respect this repo's min-release-age=7 npm policy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
