What does this PR do and why?

Renames the package published in #86 to opencode-forgekeeper, in packages/forgekeeper, and its CLI plugin ID to pedropombeiro.forgekeeper. opencode-forge-session is unpublished once 1.0.0 of the new name is out.

  • Kept IDs: the server and RPC keep opencode-forge-session-title, so stored targets, owned title prefixes, and RPC callers carry over. The CLI stores nothing, so its new ID loses no state.
  • First release: Release-As: 1.0.0 again, with the manifest reset to 0.0.0. Keep the footer if you squash.
  • Lockfile: adds the workspace entry that feat(forge-session): add opencode-forge-session #86's bun.lock was missing.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. mise run build forgekeeper, then point an opencode.json plugin entry at packages/forgekeeper/dist.
  2. Restart the TUI. The footer and /forge-status work as before.

Publish the plugin as opencode-forgekeeper from packages/forgekeeper,
and rename its CLI plugin ID to pedropombeiro.forgekeeper. The CLI
stores nothing, so the new ID loses no state.

The server and RPC keep the opencode-forge-session-title ID, so stored
targets, owned title prefixes, and RPC callers carry over from both
earlier packages. The slash commands keep their names.

Also add the package's missing workspace entry to bun.lock.

Release-As: 1.0.0
