The star history chart in the README is broken because the current API is no longer able to serve the stargazer data reliably. Point the chart to a working endpoint so the chart renders again.

The star history chart in the README currently does not render because the endpoint it relies on can no longer serve the stargazer data. This change switches the chart to a working endpoint, restoring the chart for the project.
