For context it was decided we will make the default styles for Pagination so that there is no background/transparent, rather than requiring a plain modifier to enable that.

Followup to patternfly/patternfly#8105, we would need to add isPlain and isNoPlainOnGlass props for the bottom variant of Pagination similar to other components.
Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
