   Thanks for the report — confirmed the mechanism: the catalog refresh runs in the background (fire-and-forget), so quitting the host between the temp-file write and the rename leaves that .tmp behind with nothing cleaning it up on the next start. Opened #131 with a fix (unique temp name per attempt + sweep of temp files older than 1h on the next successful refresh).
