Add PassCard AAGUID

Adds the PassCard passkey provider AAGUID and light/dark vector icons.

• The AAGUID is fixed across PassCard installations and identifies the authenticator model, not a user or device.
• New PassCard credentials include this AAGUID while continuing to use none attestation.
• The embedded vector icons have been updated to the current PassCard shield mark.

Validation performed:

• Draft-07 JSON schema validation
• JSON parsing
• SVG XML parsing
• Confirmed both icons are square, vector-only SVGs with no embedded raster images
