Summary

Give people a way to submit a username claim and follow its status during the pre-launch window, through both the UI and the CLI. Part of #202.

Proposal

  • UI: a claim form that submits while the window is open, shows the window state, and shows each claim's status (requested, approved, revoked). Reads the reservation contract's views and events.
  • CLI: commands to submit a claim, list a caller's claims, and check status, against the same contract.
  • Both refuse submissions once the window is closed and say why.

Acceptance criteria

  • The UI submits a claim while the window is open and reflects window and claim status.
  • The CLI submits, lists and checks claim status.
  • Both refuse submissions outside the window with a clear message.
  • Both read state from the reservation contract, not a private data source.

EDIT: changed to P1 - see discussion in #202 (not necessary for launch, we will try to do it with enough time available)
