Add domain workflow skills

Summary

• Add 49 unique skills from the shareable skill set across code, finance, GTM, insurance, legal, life sciences, productivity, and Task MCP setup.
• Keep the broader vertical versions of four duplicated GTM skills, and retain the repository version of parallel-cli-setup.
• Match every skill directory to its declared parallel-* name, normalize frontmatter, repair cross-skill references, and bundle setup profile examples.
• Add Codex discovery links for every skill, including the existing parallel-findall and parallel-monitor skills.
• Document the domain catalog and test skill discovery and local Markdown references.

• 49 added skills passed quick_validate.py
