Enabling the extensiion with windows already arranged leaves windows in a weird state

Describe the bug
If windows and apps are already up then I enable PaperWM then windows aren't all arranged in a tiled line.

Similarly: If I disable PaperWM then it's the opposite, and Windows are all left in a line, which doesn't work really well.

It would be good if on disabling there was an option to bring windows back onscreen, and when enabling maybe they should all be tiled.
