SpecGov is a local and CI-oriented developer tool. Version 0.1 does not call external services, require API keys, or send repository contents to a model.

Please report security issues privately to the repository maintainer. Do not open a public issue for vulnerabilities involving repository data exposure, CI behavior, or dependency compromise.

The current main branch is supported during the pre-1.0 period.
