Purpose
Display the first two fandoms in the browser page title of a work.
For works with 3 or more fandoms, then they should be replaced with "Multifandom".
This is a slight change from the previous behaviour which would only list the first fandom and would only display Multifandom when there were 4 or more fandoms instead of 3.
