(bug fix for the actual bug my oopsie highlighted)
added function to utils.py that strips all punctuation, spaces, and numbers, lowers the string, and truncates it at 10 characters; also reworked the argument handling so that all codename inputs are automatically sanitized.
additionally, bumped the cffi version to 1.17 in requirements.txt, as build fails on MacOS Sequoia
