Collapse any expanded navigation sections (e.g., Favorites) before switching perspectives to prevent overflow clipping of the perspective switcher. When nav groups are expanded, parent containers with overflow hidden/scroll can clip the perspective switcher, making it invisible to Cypress despite being in the DOM.
