Summary

• Remove Reddit ban appeals, Reddit OAuth, and Reddit sign-in for moderator reports.
• Remove the Devvit moderation-context endpoint and outbound unban action, along with runtime types and configuration.
• Preserve existing appeal submissions and moderation context history in a schema archive used only by Drizzle; no database migration is needed.
• Reject retired OAuth endpoints and verify that old Reddit sessions and review decisions cannot trigger actions.

• bun run deploy:dry-run
• bun run test
• bun run db:generate reports no schema changes

Cloudflare Builds will deploy the merge to main through the existing pipeline.
