Update the D-Bus library used by
go-keyringfrom v5.2.2 to v5.2.4 and tidy the checksums. The patch was published on October 13 and clears this repository's three-day dependency cooldown. Its module still requires only Go 1.20; Gitcrawl's Go 1.27.2 floor stays unchanged.Other out-of-date versions reported by the module graph are dependencies of dependencies or remain in cooldown. Keep modernc.org/libc at the exact version required by the pinned SQLite runtime.
Validation: all
make checkgates on AWS Crabbox, including an exact before/after module-tidiness comparison, govulncheck, and snapshot artifacts; independent Codex review through P3; exact-head GitHub Actions. The signed release workflow will also be exercised withdry_run=trueon merged main, without publishing.
