F1.1.1: Declare managed metadata and intrinsic root policy by omry · Pull Request #322 · omry/reploy

Add optional mount owner, group and creation permissions with relative directory/file declarations. Resolve numeric ownership from the existing runtime context or declared policy, validate exact canonical mount associations, and preserve omitted-field generation identity.

Represent the image root through environment.mounts.root without an external mount or command override. Keep metadata preparation and writable-root execution refused until their later qualification slices; public mapped activation remains gated.

Validation: all 13 local test/build/CLI-smoke/distribution/docs commands passed. Focused regressions prove canonical association refusal fails without the correction and passes with it. Full current-agent review and a fresh independent Sol review are clean. The established WSL tmpfs exclusion remains; exact-head remote CI and PR review are still required.
