Summary

• Apply the PR feat(mobile): improve transcript hierarchy and approval cards #33 visual baseline across mobile screens with shared typography and controls, larger touch targets, and large-text layout improvements.
• Add unavailable-location details to Needs you, including failed checks and discovery source.
• Skip historical locations confirmed absent by a parent-directory listing while preserving session history and known attention. Recheck presence on refresh and reconciliation.
• Add regression coverage and record the UX review in docs/UX-REVIEW.md.

Validation

• pnpm check passed: lint, typecheck, all tests including 348 mobile and 83 adapter tests, and iOS/Android Hermes exports.
• pnpm native:doctor passed all 18 checks.
• Public-tree and secret scans passed.
• Published to preview OTA for runtime 0.1.4, update group 4e7430d3-d172-433d-bbdd-f0a33972b4bf. User confirmed the fix works on their phone.
• Full iOS/Android accessibility and visual device review remains pending.
