- Bump gcloud 584.0.0 -> 590.0.1, cursor 3.27.14, oxfmt 0.75.0, oxlint 1.90.0. - Hold mise at 2026.10.19. 2026.10.20 embeds a vfox-gcloud that requires "python" from hooks/, which embedded plugins cannot resolve, so gcloud env and installs fail (jdx/mise#15034). Unpin when the fix lands.

Why the mise hold
2026.10.20 vendors jdx/vfox-gcloud commit a291554 as an embedded plugin. Its
hooks/env_keys.luaandhooks/post_install.luarequirepython, but misepreloads only
lib/modules for embedded plugins, sorequirefails with"module 'python' not found" and every gcloud env lookup and install breaks.
