feat: KWin RA24 workaround, pi opper route, version bumps - #371

amdgpu advertises DRM_FORMAT_RGBA8888 in rgb_formats[] and overlay_formats[], but fill_plane_buffer_attributes() has no case for it. The atomic commit fails with "Unsupported screen format RA24" and KWin retries until the desktop wedges. - Force KWIN_USE_OVERLAYS in the Plasma session on Radeon dGPU machines, so KWin stays on the primary plane. Direct scanout stays enabled. - Install the same workaround for the plasma-login greeter, which runs its own KWin outside the session environment, through a systemd drop-in. - Add a verification script for the RA24 path.
The opper gateway serves DeepSeek V4.1 Flash under the deepinfra prefix, so name that route explicitly in models.json and key its thinking level to the new id. opencode-go stays the default provider.
