… 150/7871 Bump plugins/obs-browser to fork master (9ef6083) merging upstream obs-browser 2.27.0 (CEF 6613+/Chrome Runtime, C++20, Info.plist cmake update, constexpr disabled features, global-shortcuts portal off, WebSocket-over-network) while retaining fork customizations. Update prebuilt CEF from 6533 (Chromium 127) to 7871 (Chromium 150) in CMakePresets.json for all targets and in the Flatpak module build-aux/modules/99-cef.json. Equivalent to upstream obs-studio PRs obsproject#13890 and obsproject#13900.
