I did not review the large generated artifacts (uberon.obo, uberon-base.owl, merged_import.owl, mappings.owl, uberon-diff.md) line by line. I also did not run any reasoner or release build.

What I saw in the spot-checked files:

• 🔵 SUGGESTION: Five classes (UBERON:1200342, 1200343, 8930105, 8930106, 8930191) are newly listed as missing_superclass in the obo report. These are INFO-level and match the existing entries in that report, so I don't think they block the merge.
• 🔵 SUGGESTION: Stage terms gained never_in_taxon NCBITaxon:6960 (crustacean larval stages), MESH xrefs, and a corrected "puggle" synonym reference (NCBITaxon:9259). These look sensible.
• The large drop in uberon-diff.md is expected from regeneration.

Details

• 🔵 SUGGESTION: The obo report gains missing_superclass INFO entries for UBERON:1200342, 1200343, 8930105, 8930106 and 8930191. These are INFO-level and match the existing entries. Check that each has a superclass if this was not intended.
• never_in_taxon NCBITaxon:6960 (Hexapoda) is now on the crustacean larval stage (UBERON:0018378), zoea and glaucothoe. I recalled 6960 as Hexapoda from memory and did not look it up. Crustacean larval stages are not found in insects, so this is sensible.
• The "puggle" synonym reference changes to NCBITaxon:9259, which I recalled as Monotremata. A puggle is a baby echidna, so this is a correct fix.
• The new MESH xrefs carry LexicalMatching justifications in the expected SSSOM form.
• The uberon-diff.md shrink and the bridge file changes are consistent with regeneration.
