Update speech interrupt in userGuide.md

Added clarification that speech interrupt for typed characters / enter key works in all NVDA speech including browse and focus modes, and say all. This was prompted by a user expecting the feature to only work when editing text / focus mode.

Reading the user guide, a user may get the impression that "Speech interrupt for enter / typed characters ONLY affected speech in focus mode (when editing text).

Added clarification to the two options to confirm they affect all speech.
