feat(chat): remove chat/complete (endpoint removed from the gateway) - #21

The gateway no longer serves the unauthenticated chat completion routes. Removes the api `chat` module (ChatModule / AsyncChatModule, `client.api.chat`, `NorbixApi.chat` / `.Chat`) and `hub.account.ask_chat` (sync + async), with their tests and docs pages / index rows. Module files are hand-maintained (scripts/generate_endpoints.py was removed from the repo), so edited by hand. references/*.dtos are left untouched. Breaking: `client.api.chat.ask_chat()` and `client.hub.account.ask_chat()` are gone; callers must stop using them (no replacement endpoint). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
