Follows @norbix.ai/ts 4.20.0 (gateway refactoringV2 b2303b4d8 — Code has no default integration).

• src/hooks/hub/code.ts: setCodeIntegrationAsDefault mutation removed (useSetCodeIntegrationAsDefaultMutation is gone); the other 14 hub.code hooks are unchanged.
• tests/code.test.ts: its endpoint row and tag test removed (the testCodeIntegration assertion stays).
• README: the hook removed from the Code integrations row.
• @norbix.ai/ts ^4.19.0 → ^4.20.0 (dependency + peer range unchanged).

Breaking: setCodeIntegrationAsDefault is removed — Code has no default integration; pass integrationId everywhere. (minor release — the major is frozen)

Tests

• npx vitest run: 15 files, 299 tests passed
• npm run typecheck, npm run lint: green
