Comment-only fix: the route list at the top of src/hooks/hub/files.ts showed GET for /{version}/files/enable and /{version}/files/disable.

The gateway serves both as PUT only. The hidden GET aliases were removed on refactoringV2 (codemash-io/gateway 35d76ab08), and ServiceStack's predefined routes are off (ad8e2a43d). The hooks call the TS SDK, which already sends PUT, so behaviour is unchanged.
