feat(hub): @norbix.ai/ts 4.32 — no hub internal module, optional switches - #91

…ches request-fields.json regenerated from @norbix.ai/ts 4.32.0: the hub internal module (GET /internal/_typegen) is gone, and gen:fields skips paths under /internal/ (owner 2026-10-22: /internal/* is not SDK surface). dryRun / publish / generateRecoveryCodesAtSignup are optional fields in --help now (empty = true on the gateway). No command sends these switches as false by default: payments / email-validation save send isEnabled from --disabled explicitly, Montonio isSandbox comes only from --config. Tests: the generator skips /internal/, a Montonio save without isSandbox does not send it. docs/payments.md: isSandbox empty = true. Breaking: the /internal/_typegen method (hub.internal) is removed — it was gateway tooling. Breaking: DryRun / IsSandbox / IsEnabled / Publish / GenerateRecoveryCodesAtSignup / IncludeRawPayload are optional now; empty = true on the gateway.
