build(deps): use the published @norbix.ai/ts and @norbix.ai/react-redux instead of ../sdks - #11

…ct-redux instead of ../sdks package.json: @norbix.ai/ts ^4.4.0, @norbix.ai/react-redux ^1.4.0 (the old name @norbix/react-redux was never on npm). Imports follow the new name. The ../sdks source paths leave both tsconfig files; next.config drops transpilePackages and the .js->.ts alias, which only existed for SDK source. vite.config links SDK source only with NORBIX_LINK=1.
