./gradlew run --args="HelloSoot draw" graph not like what's in readme

after run ./gradlew run --args="HelloSoot draw"
i got the graphstream, but not nods's name are numbers, like 1->2->3
not the actual stmt in readme r0:xxx -> i0:xx -> $1 xxx

is there something wrong?
