Discard values from left, while a test passes.

Alternatives: drop, dropRight, dropWhile, dropWhileRight.

var x = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5];
[...xiterable.dropWhile(x, v => v < 3)];
// → [3, 4, 5]

[...xiterable.dropWhile(x, v => v < 4)];
// → [4, 5]
