Lockfile-only bump of follow-redirects 1.16.1 → 1.16.2 in packages/sdk, packages/cli and packages/mcp. GHSA-mrwp-f3q8-3g9p (high, published 2026-10-30) covers 1.16.0-1.16.1; 1.16.2 is the first patched version. axios's own range (^1.16.0) already admits 1.16.2, so no package.json changes anywhere.

Verified before pushing:

  • npm ci --legacy-peer-deps installs clean from the patched lockfile in all three packages.
  • tsc build passes in sdk and mcp (cli has no build script).
  • npx audit-ci@7 --high --allowlist GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5 passes in all three - the only remaining allowlisted advisory is the already-tracked zod one, GHSA-mrwp-f3q8-3g9p no longer shows up.

This is what's blocking Security Gate on #230 and #231 right now.

Co-authored with AI assistance (Claude Sonnet 5), reviewed before opening.

axios pulls in follow-redirects via a loose ^1.16.0 range; the
lockfiles in packages/sdk, packages/cli and packages/mcp had it
pinned at 1.16.1, which is inside the vulnerable range (>=1.16.0,
<=1.16.1). Lockfile-only bump to the patched 1.16.2 - no package.json
changes, no other dependency touched.

This was blocking the Security Gate on #230 and #231.

Reviewed. Lockfile-only bump of follow-redirects to 1.16.2 for GHSA-mrwp-f3q8-3g9p, across the three package locks. No source changes, checks are green. Approving.
