The wiki page contains the following sections:

  • Usage Overview describes the general usage of RealTrace.
  • Installation describes the installation of RealTrace.
  • Likelihood Maximization describes the option to run the parameter optimization. The following calculations are typically run together with this option.
  • Prediction describes the option to run the calculation of the posterior distributions.
  • Sample Trajectories describes the option for sampling trajectories from the full posterior distribution.
  • Joint Posteriors and Correlation Functions describes the option to calculate two-time-point joint posteriors, which can be used to calculate correlation functions.
  • Using Segments describes the option to analyze data that includes changing conditions and therefore warrants separate sets of parameters.
  • Versions and Error Messages explains possible error messages and describes the changes of different versions.
