Make AGENTS.md the shared repository instruction file so coding agents load the same project rules. CLAUDE.md imports it with @AGENTS.md and keeps only the Claude-specific reviewer instructions; all existing instruction text is preserved verbatim.

Follows the repository migration in nhobin219/agent-office#204. An audit found no tests, scripts, or documentation that read or link to CLAUDE.md, so no path references need changing.

Validation:

• Exact-content comparison against the original instructions confirms the split preserves every section.
• Lint, formatting, and blank-line checks pass.
• Type checking passes in a clean worktree containing this migration. The existing checkout reports two possibly-missing-submodule warnings in unchanged tests/test_limits.py; the clean main worktree also passes.
• Full test suite, with S3, Node, interoperability, and Postgres required: 956 passed, 1 failed, 1 intentional skip in 26m34s. TestFlushing::test_a_served_row_reaches_the_published_table saw 0/50 rows published by its ten-second deadline. The same test also fails on unchanged main (26e903d), independently of this documentation change. The skip is the SQLite parameter of a test for losing a Postgres connection.

No runtime or public API change; no release or consumer dependency-pin change is required. Critical review was not run because this only moves documentation. No tests were added or changed, so test falsification is not applicable.

CI run passed, including the full suites on Python 3.11 and 3.14, lint, type checking, wheel installation, and the required CI success check.

Ready for operator review. Do not merge or release as part of this request.
