fix(cli): print "Nothing to update." when update finds nothing installed - #118

skillx updatein human mode exited 0 and printed nothing, while--jsonreturned{"ok":true,"data":{"outcomes":[],"lockPath":null}}. Human mode now printsNothing to update.. The JSON envelope does not change, and a named ref that is not installed still fails withnot_found.packages/cli/src/commands/install.ts: the human printer moved into the exportedprintUpdated, which adds the empty-state line.packages/cli/src/commands/install-update.test.ts: covers the empty state, and checks that with several sources the lock line prints once, after the last one.docs/cli-reference.md: documents the empty-state output.Verification
