Found in the #97 re-review. skillx update --runtime claude-code on a fresh home exits 0 with no output in human mode (packages/cli/src/commands/install.ts:83), while --json answers {"ok":true,"data":{"outcomes":[]}}. Print a line such as "Nothing to update." Low priority.
