Summary
This adds one sentence, in English and Vietnamese, to the Security page: a workspace admin can approve or deny pairing codes only from their own workspace, while the gateway owner can decide codes from any workspace. It is the docs companion to nextlevelbuilder/dewee#1441, which fixes nextlevelbuilder/dewee#1437.
