fix(layout): let info tables wrap and give PHP extensions the full width - #1069

Undo core's `white-space: nowrap` on the info tables, so long values and translated labels wrap instead of growing the table past its column and printing over the section beside it. Move the PHP extension list out of that half-width table into its own full-width section, so the pills flow across the whole row. Core's CSS reset applies
white-space: nowrapto every table, which the cells inherit. A long value — the CPU model line is the obvious one — then cannot wrap, so the table grows past its column and prints on top of the section beside it. Reset it on the info tables and let only the value column wrap; keepingnowrapon the label column also stops the auto table layout from squeezing the labels to make room for a long value.The PHP extension list was a cell inside that same half-width table, which left a long list of pills crammed into three or four to a row. It moves to its own component on a full-width column after PHP and Database, so it still reads as part of that section but has the whole row to flow across.
