[Bug]: Getting a Database error after Manually Updating to Nextcloud 35.0.0

Bug description

I manually updated Nextcloud from Version 34.0.4 to Version 35.0.0
Manually means I rename the old Nextcloud directory, unzip the new Nextcloud Zip file and copy over the config.php file. Then restart Apache

However, I get the following error:

Pitching in because I also have this same bug. I am running Nextcloud as a Docker container in TrueNAS (via TrueNAS Apps). Nothing I tried got this issue to go away. Hopefully this post will get me notified of anything when there's a fix. Thanks!
