In-range npm bumps for stable33 (files 4.1.1, paths 3.1.0, vue-material-design-icons 5.4.0) plus npm audit fix. stylelint-config 3.2.2 is left out since it needs stylelint 17.
Same stylelint fixes as stable34:
::v-deepbecomes:deep(), and the logical margins flip in RTL.Lint, stylelint and build pass locally. Not tested in a browser.
