In-range npm bumps for stable35 (nc-vue 9.14, files 4.1.1, router 3.2.0, pinia 4.1.0, sass, vue-material-design-icons) plus npm audit fix.
Stylelint was failing on the branch, so this fixes that too. The autofix swaps
margin-rightformargin-inline-end, so the spacing now flips in RTL.Lint, stylelint and build pass locally. Not tested in a browser.
