phpunit goes to 11.5 to match server, not 13: phpunit 13 needs PHP 8.4 and the app platform is 8.3. That's #1089. The one
@dataProviderannotation moves to an attribute. psalm goes to 6.20.1: #1092 targets a 7.0 RC.Also bumps openapi-extractor to 1.9.1, refreshes nextcloud/ocp, sass and vue-material-design-icons, and fixes the stylelint errors. That autofix swaps
margin-rightformargin-inline-end, so the spacing now flips in RTL.Unit tests, psalm, openapi, lint, stylelint and build pass locally. php-cs only runs in CI (no PHP 8.5 support locally). Not tested in a browser.
