Approved — The compatible dependency refresh keeps declared ranges unchanged and includes the required patch changeset; build, lint, and both test jobs pass.
Changes behavior: no — it refreshes resolved versions within existing ranges without changing the project's API or promised behavior.

Refreshes five compatible dependency versions without changing declared ranges. The recent Zod and Defuddle releases remain held; the published context runtime refresh has a patch changeset.
Verification
pnpm outdated -r --compatible: only Zod 4.6.7 and Defuddle 0.19.5 remain; registry dates are Oct 12 and Oct 10, respectively, within the three-day hold.pnpm install --ignore-scripts --frozen-lockfile: passes; reviewed target and transitive package manifests, with no new install/postinstall scripts.
