feat: split diff for Bash file updates, wrap long changed lines, no frame - #11
When a Bash command updates a file (sed -i, a formatter, >>), Claude
Code reports a per-file diff in the result's bashEditDiff field. The
mod now draws each updated file as an "Updated path (+n -n)" row with
its diff in two columns, under the command's output.
- the built-in keeps drawing the output, and the created and deleted
files, from the result without the updated files
- nothing changes when Claude Code could not tell what changed
(unavailable, skipped, shared)
- files past the limits are counted: 200 rows and 20 files per result
bashEditDiff is an internal field and can change between releases; the
README says so.

A changed line next to its replacement was drawn as one tinted hunk per
column, clipped to one row, so a long line was cut with an ellipsis.
The pair now keeps the word tint only when both lines fit one row of
their column; a longer pair is drawn in wrapping cells, in the plain
removed and added colors.
The room of a column comes from the width Claude Code reports for the
surface (or the pane): half of what the separator leaves, less the
line-number gutter and a margin of one column, so the estimate errs
toward wrapping. Wide characters count as two columns. When the width
is unknown, only lines up to 40 characters keep the tint.
The round frame around the diff in a tool result is gone: not every
place that draws a diff used it, and it took two columns of width.
Add tests for the width rules and for the tree without a frame, a
README note in Limitations, and a new screenshot of the split diff.

Claude Code caches an installed plugin by version, so the change in
the Bash diffs and in the wrapping reaches people with this bump.

The change adds split diffs for updated files in Bash results. It also adjusts split diff rendering to use available viewport width, wrapping changed-line pairs when they do not fit.
Changes: Bash update diffs and width-aware rendering
Split diff rendering uses the available columns and character display width. Changed-line pairs render with word tint when they fit on one row and have equal-width line numbers; otherwise, they wrap in separate cells.
Bash updated-file extraction and rendering hooks/bash-diff.ts, hooks/register.ts, tests/bash-diff.test.ts, README.md, .claude-plugin/plugin.json
Bash results can render updated-file diffs with paths and added or removed line counts. Created and deleted files remain in the remaining result. The renderer applies file and output limits, and the plugin manifest and README describe the Bash diff behavior and fallback conditions.

Review comments at @hooks/bash-diff.ts:
- Line 107: Update the charsLeft calculation so the diff budget accounts for the
Bash command’s stdout and stderr lengths as well as MARGIN, while preserving the
nonnegative lower bound.
Review comments at @hooks/draw.ts:
- Line 39: Lower the UNKNOWN_ROOM allowance so an unknown viewport cannot select
the truncating drawPair renderer; changed pairs must wrap instead. Update the
test that currently expects a 40-character allowance to verify the conservative
behavior.
- Line 84: Update the character-width check containing `code >= 0x1f300` to
include the omitted Unicode wide ranges, including U+1F200, so enclosed
ideographs count as two columns and wrapping decisions use the correct width.

Three review findings.
- Bash: the command's stdout and stderr are part of the tree the engine
draws, so their length now comes off the text budget of the diffs.
- Without a known width, a changed pair is wrapped. The tinted pair is
clipped to one row and cuts what does not fit, so no line is trusted
to fit when the width is unknown.
- displayWidth counts the enclosed ideographs (U+1F200) as two columns,
like the symbols and emoji above them.
Add tests for each, and update the README.
