[Bug]: FloatBar sometimes jumps above the taskbar

Existing issues

• I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.

What happened?

I normally place the FloatBar over an empty area of the Windows taskbar.

However, the FloatBar sometimes moves by itself and ends up above the taskbar, even though I did not drag or reposition it.

The attached screenshot shows the unexpected position.

This appears to be a FloatBar positioning issue rather than a z-order issue: the window itself is physically moved outside the taskbar area.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the FloatBar.
2. Place it over an empty area of the Windows taskbar.
3. Continue using Windows normally.
4. At some point, the FloatBar may move above the taskbar by itself.

Expected:

• The FloatBar should remain at the position where the user placed it.

Actual:

• The FloatBar sometimes jumps upward and ends up outside the taskbar.

Additional context

This is different from a taskbar z-order problem. The FloatBar remains visible, but its actual screen position changes.

I have not yet identified whether the trigger is related to Explorer/taskbar refresh, display scaling, sleep/wake, or another window/display event.
