Is there a road map to the first general release?

I've seen several release candidate versions published. I was wondering if there was a road map in mind to the first general release and what features were still WIP?

Good question. I am planning on releasing the "core v4" soon as stable, it just needs some small tweaks. But the Angular adapter v4 will release together with v22 (in May). Read more in the announcement here:

AFAIK, the RC's are already usable but contain some experimental features like

• integration with Angular's official caching.
• The new "dense-chunking" feature.
• ignoreUnusedDeps enabled by default
• The newest RC has internal detection of file changes to speed up the compilation.

They are tested and they do work, but require some real world experience to iron out the wrinkles. We realize that (like Angular) we have a very diverse userbase, so we can't possibly find every edge case alone. So please do use the RC's. The more people use it, the more stable it will become.
