Summary

Companion of #17: report/install-runner-watch.ps1 registers the runner watchdog as the scheduled task
CI runner watch (every five minutes, hidden, the owner's gh login), the way train/install.ps1
does for the merge train. It copies runner_watch.py and ci_report.py to
D:\Development\Tools\ci-train\watch, so the task does not depend on which branch a checkout is on,
and takes the organisation, the two thresholds, -Ignore for runners that are offline on purpose,
-Notify (the desktop's notify.ps1) and -Remove.

Verification

  • The script parses without errors (PowerShell's own parser). It was not run here: a scheduled task
created from a sandboxed shell can be private to that shell, so the owner runs it from a normal
    PowerShell window.

Notes

  • README updated with the command and the options.

install-runner-watch.ps1 copies runner_watch.py and ci_report.py to the
desktop's tools folder and registers the scheduled task CI runner watch,
every five minutes and hidden, in the same way train/install.ps1 does
for the merge train. It takes the organisation, the thresholds, the
runners to ignore and a -Remove switch.
